It's a big thing, it feels like, setting a definition and goal and purpose for what they want to do. It's not just playing around, not when they've been brought to this place to save the multiverse and whatever. They're sent on actual missions with real people getting hurt and worse. Even if they can't always be together on missions, it's best to still have this group too... if just to check in on each other.

We can see if someone can make us walkies, or maybe a place here would have usable ones. But you're right, Junpei, it's not just about fighting but checking in on each other, whether it's before, during, or after each mission.
