There's a faintly sweet taste on Toma's lips, and something cooling in his mouth - the last remnants from moisturizing his lips and brushing his teeth, knowing he was going to be coming out for this specific purpose. He accepts that exploration, noting that Scott seems to be getting bolder. Perhaps a bit surprisingly, he finds he doesn't mind it; he isn't being pushy, at least, and saves Toma the trouble of deciding how quickly to escalate with someone he doesn't already have history with.
So he follows that lead, focusing on feeling him out. He draws back just briefly, teeth brushing Scott's lip barely enough to be called a nip, before he leans back in to let his tongue flick over Scott's again.
It's easier in a way, anyway, to focus on this - the kiss itself, meeting Scott's effort - rather than either on how strange it feels to be doing this at all, or... on the fact that it is, frankly, kind of nice.]
