[So, it's back to square one? Just cherishing every moment that he has with her? Scott can feel some of his hope breaking apart reading Ken's message, but some extremely stubborn part of him refuses to give up. Even if it will take years, even if they're from different realities, he still wants to do something.]

She does, she wants to live each day to the fullest. And I want to spend what time we have with her too.

But I still want to hope for more.

Then hopefully when we can get out of this place, we can find a way for her to be alive. If she is able to be here, who is to say that she can't somehow?

[But again, this was him being optimistic. He really didn't know what this world wanted from her or anyone really. But if they managed to find a way to bring her back, then it must mean something right?]

Yeah, nothing is impossible.

I didn't think about it before... but maybe Jerry and the Council would know something that could help her. If they managed to bring her here and everything.

Then all the more reason why we need to talk to them and see what will happen.

Of course, they won't be honest but...

At least it's something. [And yet, he really really wanted to be hopeful but he's also prepared for the worst case scenario. However, he won't say that. Not to Scott anyway]
