[Scott’s reaction actually surprises him a bit. After all, he is the one who invited him out. By no means does he expect to not have a decent meal, he just wanted to be realistic about the situation. Now Loki wonders if he’s done something wrong or inadvertently made Scott feel badly? Neither had been his intention, the exact opposite in fact, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t the case.
